Got Confidence...Now What?

Last week I taught a confidence class. Confidence is one of my favorite topics to learn and teach because I know what it's like to want to do something so bad but not feel confident enough to actually TAKE ACTION!
What if you now have the confidence, but you still have not taken any action? Now what?
Check on your energy. More often than not we will do or not do something depending on how we feel. What I have learned over the years is that success comes when you take action especially when you don't feel like it. But, I want to get you in the mood! I want you to get your energy levels high so you can finally live the life you often day dream about.
Here are five ways to feel good NOW, and raise your energy, so you can TAKE ACTION!
1. Meditate. Meditate on the things you want to experience in your life. Get clear about what you want to experience and see it in full color in your mind! Smell it. Taste it. Experience it. Sit with it for a couple of minutes each day. This should immediately put a smile on your face. When you meditate on the things you want in your life it gives you energy and the momentum you need to make it happen. Meditation should be a daily practice.
2. Journal. Journal often. Writing out your goals and dreams helps to solidify them. Meditating and thinking about our dreams is very powerful but when you take that next step to write them down, now you're talking Gods language!
3. Exercise and Eat Well. Having a healthy diet and moving your body at least 30 minutes a day, or 3-4 times a week, will shoot your energy through the roof! You will feel like moving mountains at that point. For one week exchange all your soda's and juices to water. Take a walk after dinner. Don't look for the closest parking spot at shopping malls. Take the stairs instead of the elevators. All these little actions make a HUGE difference in your life. I have released 15lbs in four short months from doing this along with eating better! Just this past Monday, I had the privilege of getting a grocery store tour to learn more about eating organic foods.
4. Keep a Clean, Organized and Beautiful Home. If you have taken any of my classes you know how I feel about being organized. Being in an unorganized space can literally drain all the energy out of you. You can't even think clearly. Take it one room at a time. One dresser drawer at a time. One kitchen cabinet at a time. I think we avoid getting organized because we look at it in its totality, forgetting that you can take baby steps. Get your favorite color paint and PAINT SOME WALLS! Switch it up a bit! This will really get your energy flowing.
5. Sex. Having a lot of sex can make your energy go up. Good sex. Healthy sex. Equally benefiting sex. Married sex. Did you know that having sex and reaching climax is the highest vibration/energy you can feel? Having sex can make you feel more creative, more confident and quite frankly, it just makes you feel GOOD! Feeling good is equal to having great energy, and you're going to need a lot of energy to take control of your life and do the things you have set out to do. So, have lots of good married sex!
